- Casita Deluxe Rates are per person sharing/night, Family Suite rates are per unit/night with occupation of of 2 adults and 2 children < 12yrs.
- Toddlers under the age of 3 years sleeping in a baby cot stay free.
- Rates include breakfast, lunch and dinner, early morning coffee and tea, bottled filtered water throughout the day; Please contact us if you require half-board rates.
- All rates include 16% IVA.
- Minimum stays: Five nights during peak season (16 December – 5 January), two nights any other time of the year unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Honeymoon complimentary inclusions are subject to the presentation of a marriage certificate not older than 9 months from day of check-in
- Travessia Beach Lodge reserves the right to make changes to those rates at any given time.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is due to confirm the booking and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations more than 60 days before stay will be fully refunded their deposit. In the case of international transfers being necessary, reasonable fees to cover bank charges may apply.
- Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before stay will forfeit their deposit.
- No-shows or cancellations within 30 days of stay – no refund due.
